Build your Brain

Pick the tool you use. Each one ends the same way: an AI that knows who you are, how you sound, and what you must never share.

  1. Open Claude. Look for Projects and create one named My Brain.
  2. Tap Copy the setup agent below. Start a chat inside the Project and paste.
  3. Answer its questions, one at a time, in any language. It first asks if this is for a business or for you personally.
  4. It writes four files. Save each one and add them to the Project's knowledge. Paste the one called project-instructions into the Project's instructions.
  5. Done. Every chat in that Project now starts already knowing you.
Copied. Now paste it into Claude.
  1. Open ChatGPT. Look for Projects in the side menu and create one named My Brain. If you do not see Projects, a normal new chat works too.

  5. To use a skill, open its SKILL file from the kit, copy the text, and paste it into the Project's instructions or at the start of a chat.

For people who like a little adventure. Claude Code is Anthropic's agent that works with files on your computer. One paste and it sets up the whole kit for you.

  1. Install Claude Code from claude.com/claude-code and open it.
  2. Copy the instruction below and paste it in. It downloads the kit, interviews you, and puts every file in the right place.
  3. It asks before it changes anything. Say yes or no in plain words.
